Founder
Ayanna Fortson is a seasoned professional specializing in delivering high-value product, project management, and grant writing solutions to government, IT, and nonprofit entities. With over 15 years of experience, Ayanna's expertise is rooted in her previous role as Vice President for the National Urban League, where she successfully raised and managed over $80M in private and public funding. Her impactful contributions extend to consulting for prominent initiatives, including reproductive healthcare programs with the NYC Department of Health.
In addition to her impressive track record, Ayanna has served in advisory positions for NYC government and the Financial Solutions Lab, a $50M fintech accelerator aimed at scaling fintech solutions for underserved consumers. Holding an undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in urban planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, Ayanna brings a well-rounded educational background to her work.
